As you well know, there are unique challenges associated with managing a small business. Customizing a package of benefits that is value added for employees and owners alike is among the most complex issues a small business owner will face. As the owner of a small business myself, I have experienced this firsthand. With this in mind, we wanted to make you aware of a customizable benefit our office has been providing which is specifically designed for the small business not currently offering dental benefits.

We would like you to be able to offer your employees a dental benefit without the administrative, startup, and ongoing costs associated with traditional dental insurance plans. With businesses such as your own, the plan is quite simple and costs nothing. Employees are informed that a customized benefits package has been arranged with our office. The benefits are as follows:

Your employees and family members who become new patients will receive a 50% professional courtesy at their New Patient Appointment. This appointment will consist of a complete set of radiographs and a comprehensive exam. The courtesy will represent a savings of ~$70 for each employee and family member.

Your employees and family members will then receive a 10% courtesy at all subsequent appointments for as long as they are a patient in our office. This courtesy will apply to any procedure in our office, including preventive, restorative and cosmetic.

These benefits will be reserved for employees and family who do not currently have outside dental insurance, be it through a spouse, individual policy, etc. The reason for this is simple. We are able to offer this benefit because the administrative costs for paperwork, insurance claims, and the like are significantly reduced when there is not an insurance company involved. An employee or family member who does have dental insurance is welcome to become a new patient, and their insurance claims will be filed in the traditional manner at our regular fee schedule. However, such patients will be eligible to participate in the plan if their current insurance is discontinued for any reason.

Our motive is simple. We are interested in building long term relationships with our patients. We want to be trusted advocates and friends in addition to health care professionals. We feel this program is a small way to show our appreciation for the contribution of small business to our great community. In addition, we will be gaining great patients who value a beautiful and healthy smile.

To enroll your business, simply complete the linked form. Instruct your employees to mention you as their employer when they call to schedule their appointment and the plan will take effect. The only thing we ask is that the opportunity for this benefit be passed along to all current and new employees of your business. You will be under no further obligation, and you will be able to offer a cost free benefit to your employees.
