Now that we’ve gotten that out of the way, to the food! Before we get to which foods and beverages should become an immediate part of your food pyramid, let’s go over the choices that aren’t so great.

Fruits that have a high citrus count can break down your enamel while cereal and diet soda can cause extensive decay because of the insanely high amount of sugar content. If you absolutely cannot stay away from any of them, we’d recommend small doses.
